Process Map Train Map BPMN Map

Three views of one log. The classic map takes a case notion and shows the flow of one object type; this one shows every object type at once and the waits between them; the BPMN map draws the same process as a standard diagram.

The object-centric view. One coloured line per object type, activities as shared stations, and the measured waits BETWEEN object types drawn as connectors - the gap no single-case view can show. This map has no case notion: it does not pick one object type to be the case, which is the whole reason it exists.

The classic map is filtered to variant 2. This map is not applying that filter. Both filters select CASES, and a case only exists once a case notion is chosen. The train map has no case notion - there is nothing here for it to select. Back to the classic map
Which types are drawn is a property of the artefact, not a toggle over one - changing it regenerates the map.
